SUMMARY:

This research will develop an analysis of digital tools that enable the development of Teacher Digital Competence (TDC) that focuses on the Information Professional (IP) who leads the Educational Information Environments (EIE) of Youth and Adult Education (YAE). In this regard, the following guiding question will be considered: from the immersion in Cyberculture, How Digital Information and Communication Technologies (DICT) can diagnose and favor the development of the DC to the YAE's IP? Therefore, the general objective is to make feasible, to the YAE's IP, guidelines in the light of Cyberculture for the development of TDC. Specifically, it is also considered: a) to characterize digital competence in instances: information and teaching; b) to specify YAE, based on epistemological, structural, managerial and social parameters; c) to map DICTs that have as scope the development of the TDC and d) to structure an orientation manual for the use of DICT that provide the development of the TDC. To constitute its theoretical basis, the conceptions about Cyberculture, the role of PI in the context of digital culture, the implications of TDC in terms of teacher training and the info-educational reflexes mediated in EIE in YAE will be discussed. The methodological route will adopt a positivist epistemological stance from the inductive method and applied nature that will be presented: regarding the approach it will be developed as quali-quantitative, regarding the objectives it will be outlined in exploratory and descriptive, regarding the procedures it will be bibliographical and documental. Regarding the collection and analysis of data, the Content Analysis technique (BARDIN 2016) will be used, supported by the P.V.O search strategy (BIRUEL; PINTO, 2011) and guided by the inductive method (BACON, 1999). Finally, the outcome of this process is proposed to be the structuring of an e-book manual with guidelines to facilitate the analysis and development of the TDC.
