RESUMO:

This research assumes the assumption that each informational environment differs
according to the culture, organizational structure, as well as the competencies of its
professionals, therefore, it is questioned: how Technologies of Information and
Communication (TIC) can be used in the virtual space of the library, for purposes of
trinomial interactivity, user-librarian-library? A study that is justified by the rapid
technological innovations, potentializing and personalizing the area of Librarianship
directly, in the interactivity in the informational environment; in interdisciplinarity, by
the opening of systematic and continuous dialogue between professionals of different
sciences; in the face of new demands, challenges, formats and practices related to
organizational changes; in collaboration and cooperation in the construction and
restructuring of knowledge and fundamental knowledge for analysis, reflection and
critical and creative interventions that contribute to the sharing and dissemination of
information; and, finally, the products and producers originated in the institutions as a
response to the community. It aims to propose a guide for interactivity between the
user and the library in the Web 2.0 environment of Higher Education Institutions.
Secondary objectives are: a) Identify possible web tools for use in the library that
allows communication and interactivity between the user and the librarian; b) Describe
the practical use of internet communication channels by librarians and users; c)
Evaluate how librarians explore TICs in search of interactivity, based on the results of
the data collected from the research. Methodologically, the research is delineated as
field study in the 2.0 / virtual / digital libraries of Higher Education Institutions (IES)
of the city of Juazeiro do Norte / CE, for exploratory and descriptive purposes. As for
technical procedures, bibliographic and documentary research. As a data collection
technique will be applied: interview with librarians, using a subjective questionnaire;
observation to the website of the library 2.0, with the use of instrumental, being the
data of these techniques, analyzed under the qualitative approach; and, questionnaire to users, with objective questions, analyzing quantitatively. It is hoped that the product resulting from the research will allow more studies and applications by the information professionals in the libraries.
