LITERACY POLICY SUPPORTED IN PODCAST AND SOUND LIBRARY: TRAINING PROPOSAL FOR YOUTH AND ADULT EDUCATION TEACHERS IN JUAZEIRO DO NORTE-CEARÁ

This research will be developed in the form of a case study in two schools in the
Municipal School of Juazeiro do Norte-CE. The research subjects are the students of the
modality of Youth and Adult Education and its teachers. The choice of procedures
methodological approaches started from the qualitative approach of the research and the techniques we will use are:
observation and semi-structured interviews. Its objective is to investigate how the relationship
between sound library and literacy in EJA, proposing the creation of a training policy
teachers in literacy, from digital materials stored in sound libraries

a critical, creative and autonomous citizen, as he is characterized by the passive role that the
student exerts in the teaching and learning process, generating the following problem of
research: it is possible to promote literacy practices through the podcast, having the library
digital sound as a mediator to guarantee a meaningful learning in the education of
youth and adults? In this sense, it starts from the hypothesis that literacy mediated by
digital sound library and the podcast could be an excellent strategy for
formation of readers in the education of young people and adults.
